What can I expect after my consultation?

After your free 15 minute consultation, if we decide to move forward with the therapy process an appointment will be scheduled. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive electronic encrypted intake forms that can be completed at any time prior to your first session.

How long are your sessions?

The first intake session for a new client is typically 60 minutes long. Weekly individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a receipt and you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. You will need to contact your insurance provider to confirm eligibility for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours notice is required. Please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

How do I know that my privacy is protected electronically?

All of your intake forms and documents are secured using a HIPAA compliant medical record. The online video session is also encrypted and HIPAA compliant to maintain confidentiality and security.
